Santa ~Wednesday Nov 19th

This listing is for Wednsday November 19th taking place in Holly MI in Battle Alley.

The original "A Walk with Santa" minis are back for our 9th year!

Come walk hand and hand with Santa, give him your lists, twirl under the lights and even leave a keepsake and candy from Santa's bag!
The session will mainly be for children yet I will be allowing a family image or 2 at the end with Santa if time allows.
Up to 3 children in 1 shoot. If you have a large family please message me!

PLEASE READ THIS INFO! (I know there is a lot... but please read!)

Shoots are for family/siblings with up to 3 children. You will be getting 8 images with the option to purchase more. I will try my best to get group shots and individual shots, however the more children you have, the less likely that I will be able to get individual shots of each pose/area with each child. This is why I ask for siblings only. If there is more than 3 children, a 2nd shoot must be bought.
We will be walking up and down Battle Alley while your child gets to interact and talk with Santa. Bringing a list for Santa is always a cute image and Santa will be giving each child a special keepsake from the North Pole!
You will have a 20 minute session and receive 8 digital images with print rights with your purchase. You will also have the option to stick with choosing 8 images or purchasing your full gallery. The digital files will be delivered via digital download. You will receive an email with the link to download your files and you will also get a print release so you are able to use your images for Christmas cards.

Turn around time will be estimated to be 2 weeks, but I am aiming for 7-9 days.

* When booking, if you could please add how many and your child/children's names and ages that would be great! Santa will call them by name if he can however I 100% need to know how many due to the keepsake Santa will be giving! If you do not tell me how many, your child will not get one :(

** It's cold.....
The sessions will take place at night and in cold weather. It's winter!
The only thing that will cancel the sessions is full on pouring rain. I will shoot through snow and sprinkles. I will be in contact to reschedule should a rain day happen.
You are more than welcome to dress your children however you want, but please remember the weather. We are shooting in November so we may get a warmer night, but 99% of the time it is very very cold!
Gloves go a long way! The cheap dollar store gloves work great as they have no logos and blend right in. If your child is cold with clinched fists, I promise you will wish you had gloves.

*** I will be sending out an email with small details to the email you book with about a week prior to your shoot.
Please make sure to check the email that you booked the session with. This is where I will send the email to. Please please please read through this as it will give parking info and shoot info to make sure you know where to be waiting.

****Finally I can not be responsible for things outside of my control. Clothing choices, fit of clothing, colors of clothing, unhappy children, or children that are scared of Santa. If a child is scared of Santa.....We will try our very best and I have a few tricks up my sleeve to get what we need, however the sessions will not go over 20 mins so there will be no guarantees of certain shots and no refunds once you have shown for your session. If your child allows, we can always have Santa step away and get shots of your children alone.
